1. Introduction IPV Bazaar, a division of IPV Surakshaa Kawach Charitable Trust (Reg. No. 1652/2019), offers advertising services for any product or service on a revenue-sharing basis. 2. Eligibility Any product or service provider company is eligible to join IPV Bazaar to avail of advertising services.
3. Trial Package o Companies can join IPV Bazaar with an initial trial period of three months. o An initial payment of INR 1,00,000 is required to start the trial. This amount is adjustable against future business sales.
4. Revenue Sharing o The revenue-sharing model is based on the following formula: MRP - (Cost Price + All Expenses) = Profit o The profit amount is shared equally between IPV Bazaar and the service provider, with a 50:50 split.
5. Special Discounts on Trial Packages IPV Bazaar offers the following discount structure for companies joining during the trial period: o First 100 Companies: 90% discount on the trial fee, reducing the cost to INR 10,000. o Second 100 Companies: 80% discount on the trial fee, increasing the cost to INR 20,000. o Discounts will decrease by 10% for every subsequent batch of 100 companies.
6. Adjustability of Initial Amount The initial payment made during the trial period is fully adjustable against future business sales during and after the trial period.
7. Compliance o Companies availing of the trial must share their Purchase receipts with IPV Bharat’s website for compliance purposes. o IPV Bazaar reserves the right to validate and monitor these transactions for transparency.
8. Termination and Refund Policy o The trial agreement can be terminated by either party at any time. o In case of termination, the initial amount will be adjusted against any ongoing or completed sales.
9. General Terms o IPV Bazaar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. o Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the modified terms.

## *Terms & Conditions for Members of the IPV Bharat Project* (Under IPV Surakshaa Kawach Charitable Trust, Reg. No. 1652/2019)
By registering as a member of the *IPV Bharat Project*, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
### 1. *Registration* - Membership registration is *free of cost* and open to all Indian citizens, regardless of gender. - Members must provide accurate information and comply with all onboarding requirements.
### 2. *Access to Services* - Registered members are entitled to access and avail *all services available on the official member dashboard*, subject to service-specific terms.
### 3. *Promotion Guidelines* - Members are encouraged to *promote the IPV Bharat Project* strictly in accordance with the official *promotion tables and rules* issued from time to time. - Any unauthorized promotional activity or misrepresentation shall lead to termination of membership.
### 4. *Income & Earnings* - Members can *earn income* through participation, referrals, and service-based commissions as defined by the project structure. - All income earned can be: - Used to purchase or access any services offered under IPV Bharat. - Withdrawn to a verified bank account after deduction of applicable taxes. - A *10% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)* shall be applicable and deducted at the time of each withdrawal.
### 5. *Referral Program* - Members are eligible to earn *10% referral income* from: - Every new member registered through their unique referral link. - Any service availed by their referred members at any point in time.
### 6. *Benefit & Fund Allocation* - All benefits, services, and income opportunities are *subject to availability of funds* and *member performance* as per the predefined working process. - No guarantees are made regarding fixed or minimum payouts.
### 7. *Code of Conduct* - Members must maintain integrity and comply with all applicable *laws of India*, project policies, and ethical standards. - Any form of fraud, misconduct, or violation of trust guidelines shall lead to immediate suspension and legal action, if required.
### 8. *Modification & Termination* - IPV Bharat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the project or its terms at its discretion, with or without prior notice. - Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any such modifications.

5. No Repayment or Interest:o Financial aid is non-repayable and interest-free.
o The support is a one-time benefit, aligning with the trust’s charitable mission.
6. Disbursement Timeline:o Approved funds will be calculated from 4th day of registration and withdrawal request also be raised on weekly basis any day, and the amount will be transferred in members bank account within 24-48 working hours. Amount will be added after completion of daily task of sharing 1post of share-n-earn page, and 20 post of IPV Bazaar page.
7. additional benefits :every member will get 10% of every income of IPV Surakshaa Kawach generated by his/her referral link.
8. Deductions:o 10% donation and 10.36% TDS will be deducted from the total disbursed amount.
9. Member Activity Requirement:o To continue receiving assistance, all members must: Like, share, and promote 20 posts from IPV Bazaar and 1 Share-n-earn page daily of membership dashboard help updates and posters on platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and WhatsApp groups/statuses. Failure to do so may result in a 1-week hold on weekly disbursements.
10. Compulsory Member Tasks:o All registered members must complete the following actions to remain eligible for assistance: Like, share, and promote 20 posts from IPV Bazaar and 1 Share-n-earn page daily of membership dashboard help updates and posters on platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and WhatsApp groups/statuses. Like, share, and comment on daily posts on all social media handles of IPV Bharat. Post a video of compliance (confirmation video) once in a month they receive a payment in their bank account in the Mudra Kawach Facebook group.
11. Changes to Terms:• Mudra Kawach Trust reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability:• Mudra Kawach Trust is not liable for delays, application rejections, or disputes that may arise during the application process.
13. Misuse of Funds:• If the financial help is found to be used for purposes other than those declared at the time of registration, the assistance amount will become recoverable.
14. Upgradation Amount:• 5% of the help amount will be set aside as an upgradation amount. This amount will be added to the unit amount to increase the future help amount as per the working process.
15. Base of financial helpO Every member of Mudra Kawach is promoter or IPV Bharat project and its section, and the helping amount is given on the basis of their promotion response.
16. Payment Distribution:• Payment distribution under these terms will begin from January 1, 2025. By applying for assistance from Mudra Kawach, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above.
