The Pincode Incharge will act as the local implementation head for all activities related to the IPV Bharat Project, ensuring member registration, awareness, execution of schemes, coordination of benefits, and ground-level support to NGOs, Trusts, and needy citizens in their assigned area.
Ensure on-ground implementation of IPV Bharatβs 29 Sections (e.g., Mudra Kawach, Medical Kawach, Rozgar Kawach, etc.)
Identify and connect with needy individuals, families, and groups to deliver the correct aid packages.
Monitor and document each activity for monthly reporting.
Organize weekly awareness drives, public meetings, WhatsApp group coordination, and local announcements.
Circulate digital material (videos, flyers, presentations) in local language.
Represent IPV Bharat at village, ward, mohalla, or colony-level community platforms.
Actively register members under the IPV Bharat system (via mobile/online).
Support in the promotion of Free Unit, Paid Unit, and Working Unit plans.
Organize camps and visit schools, colleges, shops, offices, etc. to spread the registration process.
Conduct door-to-door or cluster-based surveys to identify those in urgent need of financial, medical, legal, education, or food support.
Refer such individuals to the appropriate IPV Kawach (e.g., Shiksha Kawach for students).
Assist them with form filling, verification, and documentation.
Collaborate with local trusts, societies, and NGOs to amplify project reach.
Help institutions become official execution partners of IPV Bharat in the pincode area.
Submit weekly reports of progress in a mobile portal or assigned form.
Track all benefits given, complaints resolved, and people reached.
Ensure full transparency and compliance with IPV Bharat trust norms.
Serve as the first contact point for any citizen query or emergency help request under the IPV Bharat umbrella.
Maintain a direct line with district/state IPV control rooms for escalations.
