To make every Indian citizen aware of their legal rights and to provide immediate support, guidance, counseling, and resolution in any legal problem.

2. Project Objectives

  1. Provide free legal guidance, counseling, and case support to every citizen.

  2. Establish a 24x7 legal helpline, mobile app, and local legal desks.

  3. Create Nyay Kawach Centres in every district as public legal service support centres.

  4. Connect lawyers, social workers, police, NGOs, and CSR companies on one platform.

  5. Increase legal awareness so that no citizen becomes a victim of injustice due to lack of knowledge.

A. Nyay Kawach Helpline (24x7 National Legal Helpline)

  1. A centralized toll-free national legal helpline

  2. Free legal consultation for all citizens

  3. Categories include family matters, financial disputes, cyber issues, property disputes, police-related matters, and social conflicts

  4. Tracking system with a reference ID and status update for every case

B. Nyay Kawach Mobile App and Web Portal

  1. Chat and call-based instant legal support system

  2. AI chatbot, volunteer network, and lawyer connect feature

  3. Document upload, complaint registration, and case update tracking

  4. Regional language support for multiple Indian languages

C. Nyay Kawach Legal Assistance Centres (District Level)

  1. One legal response centre in every district

  2. Staff structure: one senior lawyer, two legal advisors, one counselor, and two trainees

  3. Services include free consultation, case drafting, FIR guidance, and court support

  4. Coordination with police, courts, NGOs, and media for structured assistance

D. Legal Awareness Campaigns

  1. Know Your Rights campaign in schools, colleges, and Panchayats

  2. Training sessions on women safety, cyber safety, consumer rights, RTI, and RERA

  3. Monthly Nyay Sabha (public dialogue) to solve local disputes

E. Nyay Kawach Volunteer Network

  1. 5 to 10 trained volunteers in every village or ward
