DELHI ASSEMBLY ELECTION TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR 70 CANDIDATES

PROPOSAL FOR PARTICIPATION IN DELHI ASSEMBLY ELECTION UNDER THE INITIATIVE OF RAJNEETI KAWACH

INTRODUCTION

Rajneeti Kawach, an IPV Surakshaa Kawach Charitable Trust initiative, aims to support individuals in participating as independent candidates in the Delhi Assembly Elections. This initiative promotes public welfare by encouraging ethical leadership and transparent governance. We provide comprehensive support to help candidates win elections, build their social image, and create a lasting impact in their communities.

OBJECTIVE

The primary goal of Rajneeti Kawach is to identify, train, and support eligible candidates to contest for all 70 seats in the Delhi Assembly. Our mission is to create a cadre of responsible leaders committed to public welfare and good governance.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To ensure that only dedicated and qualified individuals participate in this initiative, Rajneeti Kawach has set forth the following eligibility criteria for candidates:

1. Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.

2. Residency: Candidates must be permanent residents of Delhi. Both male and female candidates are eligible.

3. Clean Legal Record: Candidates must have no pending or past criminal cases against them.Both male and female candidates are eligible.

4. Public Welfare Mindset: Candidates must possess a mindset focused on public welfare, community development, and good governance. Both male and female candidates are eligible.

Support Provided by Rajneeti Kawach Rajneeti Kawach provides extensive support to help candidates effectively compete and win elections. The following support mechanisms will be provided:

1. Social Image Building: Comprehensive strategies to enhance the candidate’s public image through media engagement, community interaction, and public relations.

2. Distribution of General Needs Benefits: Distribution of essential commodities and welfare benefits to the public under the IPV Surakshaa Kawach Charitable Trust banner.

3. Training and Preparation: A 15-day training program for candidates focused on election preparation, activity planning, campaign management, and voter engagement. .

4. Operational Support: Continuous support and guidance throughout the election process.

Registration Process Candidates who wish to participate in the election under Rajneeti Kawach must complete the following steps:

1. Registration Fee: Candidates are required to deposit a sum of INR 1,00,000 as a refundable security deposit. If the candidate does not win the election, the full amount will be refunded.

2. Agreement and Compliance: Candidates must agree to follow the rules, regulations, and guidelines laid out by Rajneeti Kawach.

Terms and Conditions To ensure transparency and fairness, the following terms and conditions will apply to all candidates participating in the initiative:

1. Adherence to Guidelines: Candidates must strictly follow the guidelines, code of conduct, and instructions set by Rajneeti Kawach.

2. Refund of Security Deposit: The INR 1,00,000 deposit will be fully refunded if the candidate does not win the election.

3. Independence and Commitment:After winning the election, the candidate must remain independent and not join any other political party or group without permission.
