IPV ANSH – Units of IPV Bharat Project

(A Social Investment and National Security Participation Model under IPV Surakshaa Kawach Charitable Trust, Reg. No. 2025/22/IV/1638)


1. Concept Overview

IPV ANSH is the unit-based social investment program of the IPV Bharat Project. It is designed to make every Indian a stakeholder in the nation’s social, economic, and security development.

Each ANSH unit symbolizes the contribution of an Indian citizen towards 30 welfare missions, including Rozgar Kawach, Medical Kawach, Shiksha Kawach, Vyapar Kawach, Jal Kawach, and many more.

2. Objectives

  1. Build a people-driven social investment network across India.

  2. Strengthen the 30 security and development sections of IPV Bharat.

  3. Empower every Indian to become a promoter, leader, and contributor.

  4. Maintain complete transparency, traceability, and recognition.

  5. Develop a long-term sustainable revenue-sharing system that supports both the trust and its active members.


3. Unit Structure

5. Implementation Plan

Phase 1: Enrollment

  1. Awareness campaigns through digital media, volunteers, and local events

  2. Registration enabled through the official website

Phase 2: Verification

  1. All payments go directly to the trust account

  2. The system automatically generates a certificate and receipt for contributors

Phase 3: Utilisation
Funds from ANSH units are used for welfare activities under the 30 IPV Bharat sections such as:
Rozgar Kawach, Medical Kawach, Shiksha Kawach, Jal Kawach, Vyapar Kawach, and others

Phase 4: Transparency

  1. Dashboard access for members and contributors to view fund usage reports

  2. Quarterly updates through the website and social media


6. Sales and Commission Structure (Unified Model)

All registered members earn 10 percent commission on direct ANSH sales.

Direct ANSH Sales | 10 percent | Bank or UPI | Withdrawal will start from 1 January 2026

Example:
If a member sells INR 1,00,000 worth of ANSH units, the commission is INR 10,000.


7. Promotion Plan

To ensure growth and leadership, a clear promotion hierarchy applies:

Pincode Member | Completes 100 verified ANSH sales or referrals | Area Promoter | Promotes sales and builds a small local team
Pincode Incharge | Builds and manages 5 active Pincode Members in the same area | Regional Coordinator | Oversees promotion, awareness, and revenue across the entire pincode region


8. Detailed Revenue and Commission Flow

Level 1 – Member

  1. 10 percent commission on direct ANSH sales

  2. Encouraged to build a team and reach 100 sales for promotion

Level 2 – Pincode Member

  1. 10 percent direct commission on personal sales

  2. 10 percent override commission on the total business revenue of their team

Direct Sales | 10 percent | Own sales revenue
Team Business | 10 percent | On the team’s total business revenue

Example:
If the team under a Pincode Member sells INR 2,00,000 in ANSH units, the override is INR 20,000.
If their own sales are INR 50,000, they earn another INR 5,000.
Total earning becomes INR 25,000.

Level 3 – Pincode Incharge
This is a leadership and regional role that ensures continued promotion and long-term area growth.

Direct Sales | 10 percent | On personal ANSH sales
Team Override | 10 percent | On the business of the direct team (Pincode Members)
Regional Share | 5 percent of total trust revenue from the pincode area (including all income sources) | Long-term earning to support local development and full area responsibility

Example:
Total revenue from one pincode including ANSH and other project income is INR 10,00,000.
Pincode Incharge earns INR 50,000 as leadership share.
If team ANSH business is INR 3,00,000, they earn INR 30,000 override.
If personal sales are INR 50,000, they earn INR 5,000.
Total earning becomes INR 85,000 in that cycle.

9. Digital Tracking System

Every member gets access to:

  1. Sales tracking dashboard

  2. Real-time team performance

  3. Commission and revenue reports

  4. Promotion status updates

The system automatically calculates:

  1. Direct sales

  2. Team revenue

  3. Total area revenue for incharge

  4. Weekly commission payouts


10. Community Development and Leadership Role

  1. Weekly digital training sessions for Members and Pincode Members

  2. Monthly online meetings for Pincode Incharges with the central committee

  3. Annual IPV Bharat Leadership Summit for top-performing leaders

  4. Public recognition and certificates for social leadership


11. Transparency and Legal Compliance

  1. All income is received only through official bank or UPI to IPV Surakshaa Kawach Charitable Trust

  2. Fully compliant with 80G, 12A, CSR, and MSME standards

  3. No cash handling by members

  4. Automated digital receipts and audits

  5. Quarterly transparency reports for all pincode regions


12. Example Workflow

Case Example:

  1. Ankit joins as a Member and sells INR 1,00,000 ANSH units, earning INR 10,000.

  2. After 100 verified sales, he becomes a Pincode Member, builds a 10-member team, and team sales reach INR 3,00,000, earning INR 30,000 override.

  3. Later he becomes a Pincode Incharge. Total trust revenue from his pincode becomes INR 12,00,000. He receives INR 60,000 as leadership share plus INR 35,000 from sales and override.
    Total income becomes INR 95,000 and he gains recognition as a local leader.

  1. One crore citizens owning ANSH equals INR 100 crore for welfare programs

  2. Over 10,000 active members and 1,000 pincode incharges across Bharat

  3. Direct and indirect employment through social business

  4. Long-term sustainability of all national projects
