IPV ANSH is the unit-based social investment program of the IPV Bharat Project, designed to make every Indian a stakeholder in the nation’s social, economic, and security development.
Each “Ansh” (Unit) symbolizes the contribution of an Indian citizen towards 30 welfare missions — including Rozgar Kawach, Medical Kawach, Shiksha Kawach, Vyapar Kawach, Jal Kawach, and more.

Team under a Pincode Member sells ₹2,00,000 in ANSH units.
→ Team Override = ₹20,000
If their own sales = ₹50,000, they earn another ₹5,000.

This is a Leadership and Regional Role, ensuring continued promotion and trust revenue growth.

🧩 Example:
Total revenue (including ANSH + other project income) from one Pincode = ₹10,00,000
Pincode Incharge earns ₹50,000 (5%) as their leadership share.
If their team’s ANSH business adds ₹3,00,000 → another ₹30,000 (10%).
Plus their own direct sales ₹50,000 → ₹5,000 (10%).

1️⃣ Ankit joins as Member → sells ₹1,00,000 ANSH → earns ₹10,000.
